SSP Traffic Rural RP Singh Visits Accident Site, Sonamarg SSG Road; Advises Vigilance

Srinagar, (CNI) SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir Ravinder Pal Singh visited the site of a recent accident near Gagangeer where five passengers lost their lives. 

 

This closure comes after a recent accident at Gagangeer Sonmarg. Following the incident, SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir Ravinder Pal Singh, along with DYSP Ganderbal/Bandipora and DTI Ganderbal/Bandipora, visited the area to assess road conditions and ensure traveler safety.

 

Traffic officials are urging drivers to exercise caution, maintain speed limits, and avoid overloading vehicles.

 

Due to the ongoing wet weather conditions, the Zojila road is expected to remain closed for at least two days.

 

The officials also visited Sonamarg SSG road and spoke to officers and officials there.

 

Singh emphasized the importance of alertness, promptness, and professionalism in carrying out their duties.

 

SSP Traffic Rural Kashmir Ravinder Pal Singh advises travelers to prioritize traffic safety and stay updated on road closures.

 

He also emphasizes following traffic regulations and remaining informed about any road closures to ensure a smooth and safe travel experience in rural Kashmir.(CNI)
