Srinagar, 03 July (CNI): The Supreme Court on July 11 will hear a batch of petitions challenging the abrogation of Article 370 and the bifurcation of the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir into two Union Territories (UTs).
A five-member bench comprising Chief Justice of India D Y Chandrachud, Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Justice Sanjiv Khanna, Justice B R Gavai, and Justice Surya Kant has been constituted to hear the case.
