Pak-sponsored terrosim has been shunned by J&K youth : Chugh
Jammu, CNI: BJP national general secretary Tarun Chugh today squarely blamed the Abdullah family for promoting terrorism in the Jammu region saying that the Pakistan Defence Minister has already made it clear that the Abdullah family is on the same page with Pakistan.
Chugh said that there is a hidden hand-shake of the Abdullah family with Pakistan because of which terrorist violence has come up in the Jammu region. It has been in this background that the Abdullahs have been pleading meaninglessly for India to hold talks with Pakistan, which has been a nursery of terrorism across the world for so long.
He said the youth of Jammu is not at all involved in iterrosim. The Youth is looking for new avenues of growth and progress. The entire J&K has entered a new era of development and progress but it is getting difficult for the Abdullahs and the Gandhi families to digest it.
“But it is the Pakistan-sponsored terrorism that tried to disturb the law and order situation in the run-up to the Assembly elections”, Chugh said adding that their designs have been decisively defeated.
The positive turn-out of voters in the region speaks volumes about the new confidence that people have found in democracy. Chugh said it is time the Abdullahs realise that their game of political treachery in the J&K is over after having deceived and cheated the people for so long.
Chugh criticized the Abdullahs for their hypocrisy, stating, “On one hand, they talk about releasing terrorists from jail to once again shake Jammu and Kashmir, and on the other hand, they speak of peace in Jammu.”
The Abdullahs’ accusations against the central government of an alleged rise in terrorist incidents are desperate and hollow attempts to mislead the people of J&K, as they lack an agenda both for themselves and their party.
The BJP led government has successfully dismantled the terror ecosystem in the region, and isolated incidents cannot be interpreted as an increase in terrorism. If the Abdullahs were to compare the number of incidents during their tenure with the current situation, they will have no answer. CNI
