Anantnag, 22 June (CNI): Security forces on thursday claimed to have arrested two militant associates of Lashkar-i-toiba outfit and recovered cash and ammunition from the their possession in Bijbehara area of South Kashmir’s Anantnag district.
As per the statement, Security forces, Police and CRPF have arrested two militant associates identified as Abrar Ul Haq Katoo son of Mushtaq Ahmed Katoo, a resident of Arwani Bijbehara and Tauseef Ahmad Bhat son of Mushtaq Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Shetipora Bijbehara and recovered Rs one lakh, 12 AK 47 rounds and one grenade from their possession, They belong to LeT oufit.
Meanwhile, an FIR No.150/23 has been registered in police station Bijbhera and further investigation has been taken up in this regard. (CNI)
