Two Pick Pockets Arrested In GMC Baramulla: Police

Jammu and Kashmir Police said to have arrested two Pick Pockets Goverment Medical College Baramulla and also recovered stolen cash from their possession.

In a statement issued to Current News of India-CNI, Police said that “Police under the supervision of Altaf Ahmad-JKPS, DySP Hqrs Baramulla assisted by Inspr Vilayat Hussain SHO PS Baramulla arrested two Pick Pockets including female identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Gojree S/O Bashir Ahmad Gojree resident of Drangbal, and Manesha resident of New Plot Jammu A/P Drangbal Baramulla at GMC Baramulla and has recovered stolen cash from their possession.”

“These pick pockets were stealing money from patients and their attendants visiting GMC and were taking advantage of the huge flow of patients to GMC Baramulla,” they said.

Case under relevant sections of law were registered in Police Station Baramulla and investigation set in motion.(CNI)
