Won’t Allow Restoration Of Article 370: BJP’s Smriti Irani
TV actress-turned-politician Union Minister Smriti Irani bluntly said in the Lok Sabha that Jammu and Kashmir’s special status Article 370 will not be restored.
Irani on Wednesday said that those who threaten Kashmiri Pandits will not be spared.
According to Current News Of India-CNI, She accused the Congress that the Congress party is deviating from this issue.
During the no-confidence debate in the Lok Sabha, she said he (Rahul Gandhi) took out a yatra and assured that if it was up to him, he would restore Article 370.
“Want to tell the person who ran away from the House that neither Article 370 will be restored in the country nor those who threaten Kashmiri Pandits will be spared,” she said during her address in the Parliament.
She also attacked the opposition and said that I.N.D.I.A alliance is not India, ‘because India is not corrupt.’
“People like you today need to remember what the British were told – Quit India,” she said.
